Caros interessados em Service Design,

Temos o prazer de o/a convidar para a segunda noite do Service Design Drink (SDD) em Lisboa no

dia 27 de Janeiro de 2011 às 20.00 no Espaço Wanli, em Santos-o-Velho, onde terá lugar mais

um animado encontro sobre Service Design.

Para esta segunda edição contamos com alguns convidados que irão partilhar a sua experiência

nesta nova disciplina e trazer novos estímulos para a discussão entre todos. Terá lugar uma breve

apresentação sobre temáticas específicas do Service Design, que nos ajudarão a aprofundar o know-

how sobre a projectação de serviços, do ponto de vista académico e do cliente.

adesão e resultou numa animada discussão e descoberta sobre esta nova disciplina em Portugal.

Desta vez, o SDD de Lisboa reúne-se num espaço recentemente estreado em Lisboa, que não é um

café nem uma casa de chá, não é um restaurante nem uma petiscaria. Trata-se de uma peculiar sala

de estar no coração de Lisboa.

Dear curious in Service Design,

We are glad to invite you for the second evening of Service Design Drink (SDD) in Lisbon. It

will take place on January 27, 2011 at 8pm at the Espaço Wanli in Santos-o-Velho for another

informal meeting on Service Design.

For this second edition we will have participants sharing their experience in this new subject and

bringing new incentives for the discussion among all. It will consist of a small presentation on

specific themes to Service Design that will help us to deepen the know-how on what the project of

services involves, under the academic and client point of view.

The first SDD evening in Lisbon on October 13 had an excellent adhesion and it resulted in a lively

This time the SDD of Lisbon will take place in a space recently open in Lisbon, that is neither a

coffee nor a tearoom, it is neither a restaurant nor a pastry shop. It will be in a peculiar living room

in the heart of Lisbon.
